1. About this site

KSN Intelligence (the "Dashboard") is operated by Key Sports Network ("KSN", "we", "us") and offers analytics for individual games, starting with rugby. By unlocking or using the Dashboard you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Ownership of data and content

All rights, title and interest in the Dashboard and everything in it belong exclusively to KSN. This includes the match, team and player data, scoring events and statistics, derived analytics and ratings (including the Dream XV selection), charts, replays, the database and its compilation, software, design, and and the KSN branding.

No data rights are held by, or granted to, any other company or organisation, including Eventistry Sports or Eventistry. Any rights previously associated with them in relation to this data are held by KSN.

3. Access

Each game's analytics is protected by its own PIN, which KSN gives only to people it has authorised. Your PIN is for your use only. Do not share it, publish it, or help anyone else get around the access control. Repeated incorrect PIN attempts are blocked for a period of time. KSN may change a PIN or withdraw access at any time.

4. Permitted use

You may view the Dashboard for your own internal, non-commercial purposes. Without KSN's prior written permission you must not:

• copy, download, scrape, mirror, redistribute, sell or publish the data, statistics or any substantial part of them;
• guess PINs, probe the service, or attempt to bypass or reverse-engineer the access control;
• use the data to build a competing product, or to train or feed machine-learning or other automated systems;
• remove or alter any KSN branding or ownership notices.

5. Player information and images

The Dashboard shows the names, positions, match statistics and, where available, photographs of players. This information is used only to present match analytics. Third-party rights in player images (for example image rights held by the individuals concerned) are respected, and the use of the Dashboard does not transfer those rights to you.

6. No warranty

The Dashboard and its data are provided "as is" and "as available". Statistics come from live scoring and may contain errors, delays or omissions. KSN does not guarantee that the Dashboard will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSN is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Dashboard. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend access at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
